Bruce Bartlett, senior fellow with the National Center for Policy Analysis, was assistant secretary for economic policy at the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury during the Bush Administration, and a senior policy analyst in the Office of Policy Development at the White House under Reagan. He writes a weekly column in the Detroit News and the Washington Times; he has published over 400 articles; and he has published four books including Reaganomics: Supply Side Economics in Action and The Supply-Side Solution.
