Invited by the United States government and both Harvard and Tufts Universities, he was the first Argentine to participate in the Fulbright-Fletcher Visiting Fellows Program for studies and research in the Boston academic community (Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the M.I.T.) during the 1979-1980 academic period.
He was Associate Professor of Political Economy, School of Law, Universidad del Salvador.
Member of the Mont Pelérin Society and the Eris Society.
He has delivered conferences in many institutions about social, economic and political issues and has participated in panels and interviews in universities, institutes and radio and TV programs.
Entrepreneurial Activities: He undertakes it both in his name and in name of agricultural, cattle breeding, industrial, financial, stock, real estate, cattle consigning and commissioning enterprises as founder, manager, director and advisor.
Professional Practice: he performs it in Commercial, Tax and Corporate Law.
Academic Investigations: He carries out researches on informal economy, informal systems, both social and political, and their interaction with constitutional and formal systems.
He has specialized in state theory and the study of voluntary social organization systems and spontaneous order, applied political philosophy (depoliticization processes, re-privatizations, decorporativization, demonopolization, deregulation) together with the marketing and packaging through modern communication strategies of competitiveness and economic opening.
Publications: He has contributed in newspapers and magazines both domestic and foreign: La Nación, La Prensa, Ámbito Financiero, Dinámica Rural (Argentina), Wall Street Journal, Forbes (U.S.A.).
