Michael L. Foudy, born 1951, is a principal founder and managing member of ATB Productions, LLC, serves as the Founding Chairman of AIMS Worldwide Inc., www.aimsworldwide.com.

Michael Foudy graduated from the University of Arizona in 1973 and received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1976. Mr. Foudy hosted ATB’s “America The Beautiful” nationally syndicated talk radio show broadcast on 55 radio stations from February 1995 until February 1997 and co-hosted "Newsmaker" which was broadcast on 119 radio stations by the United Broadcasting Network from September 1996 until March 1999.

Michael Foudy has diverse experience in public affairs, integrated marketing communications, strategic planning, management, entrepreneurship, finance, writing and broadcasting. Mr. Foudy is currently offers marketing counsel through AIMSolutions a division of AIMS Worldwide, Inc.

During 1974, while in law school, Michael Foudy founded a small marketing communications company in Tucson. When he sold his interest in that Company thirteen years later, WFC/Westcom had grown to be the largest marketing communications company in Arizona with annual billings of over $35 million, offices in Tucson, Phoenix and San Diego, a staff of over one hundred professionals, a base of “blue chip” clients and a history of profitability. Mr. Foudy’s accomplishments while at WFC/Westcom include creation of a 30,000 member Utility Shareholder’s Association to intervene in rate cases and winning over $400 million in increased rate base.

Between 1987 and 1994, Mr. Foudy undertook a variety of projects on behalf of distressed clients. These range from a comprehensive marketing audit for the owners of Garfinckel’s Department Stores in Washington, D.C. to preparation of promotional and sales materials for the liquidation of $86 million of commercial property and the auction of 4,000 residential properties once owned by First City Bank of Houston, Texas. He directed the successful repositioning of a master planned golf and retirement community owned by Fairfield Homes in Green Valley, Arizona and designed a comprehensive marketing communications program, which doubled home sales for the troubled homebuilder within one year. He also supervised the restructuring/liquidation of both Compass Publishing based in Chicago, Illinois and Sarasota, Florida and NewsLink, Inc. in Washington, DC.

Mr. Foudy wrote the book Reinventing America that was published by the Institute for American Democracy in 1992. He serves on the Board of Directors of AIMS Worldwide Inc., UCI Web Acquisitions Inc., both of which he co-founded between 1995 and 1999 and OnLineFocus Inc www.onlinefocus.com.

Mr. Foudy has been active in a variety of charitable and community organizations including the Tucson Free Clinic, Tucson Community Food Bank, Arizona Opera Company and Southwestern Film Consortium. He has previously served on the foundation for American Liberty and the American Initiative Committee Boards of Directors, was Editor of the American Initiative Newsletter and served as Executive Director of For Our Grandchildren (www.forourgrandchildren.org ) from 2002 to 2004 and is a member of the Philadelphia II (www.ni4d.org ) Board of Directors.
