This template is simply a standardized layout we created to make the items in NuWiki consistent.

  • In keeping with some of the methods common to Wikipedia, we try to write most of the text in third-person tense, so "you" and "I" will rarely show up in NuWiki, except in basic tutorials and embedded help screens.
  • Literals are usually ALLCAPS.
  • variables are lowercase italics.
  • emphasis is implied with italics
  • Bold is very rarely used.

Syntax

Example

VIEW DOGS LABRADOR

This invokes the VIEW utility on the LABRADOR item in the DOGS file.
