About Support

Customer support provides access to Nucleus upgrades and certified technicians to assist in resolving Nucleus related issues.

Support contracts require that development staff members receive Nucleus training and understand the concepts of Nucleus application development in order to develop and support applications.

Nucleus support contracts are available to suit the unique requirements of any site.

Engineering Access

Application Support

Binary Star technicians are available to support Custom applications built on Nucleus platforms.

  • This is generally NOT classed as Nucleus support, but end-user application support.
  • Charges may be incurred for application support determined to be not related to documented Nucleus operation.
